This product is often used on garage floors or in basements, though it has many other useful applications. It is also easy to maintain with a hygienic seamless finish that is hard and abrasion resistant. It is VOC free - CA 01350 air quality compliant, as well as anti-microbial and available in a satin or gloss finish. Concrete Overlay

A concrete overlay is a thin concrete cement based product that goes over existing concrete for decorative reasons. Overlays can be applied as a thin finish, or up to 3/4″ in some cases depending on the desired finish. The layer of concrete is customizable with different patterns, colors, designs, and finishes to allow the concrete to fit in to the décor of your home’s basement for example. Concrete overlays are also a popular choice for pool decks, patios and driveways in residential homes. Concrete overlays are a perfect solution to get a wood floor look in areas that have a history of flooding or could possibly flood.
